“ Had the pleasure of dining at Osetera Crescendo in Westwood last night. What an amazing restaurantit felt like I was transported to Rome. We started with the Handmade Pasta Nocci with truffles, followed by the Spinach Girelle with bolognese bianca, boschetto al tartufo, and breadcrumbs. For the main course, their signature dish stole the show the Berkshire Pork Chop with a honey black pepper glaze, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, and apple agrodolce.
